If you've spotted something that doesn't look right, tell us. Reports go directly to our on-call security team.
What to report
- Account compromise — you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Phishing — emails, sites, or apps pretending to be Crypto Fortune.
- Impersonation — anyone claiming to be staff or an official channel and asking for funds or credentials.
- Suspicious deposit / withdrawal — a transaction you do not recognise on your account.
- Security vulnerability — a flaw in the platform you've discovered (responsible disclosure welcome).
How to report
Include in your report
- Your registered email (so we can locate the account).
- What happened, with timestamps where possible.
- Any URLs, transaction IDs, or sender addresses involved.
- Screenshots, if you have them.
For non-urgent enquiries, use the regular Contact channel instead.
